- Tumis bumbu hingga wangi dan matang, masukkan daun pandan daun jeruk dan sereh aduk².
- Masukkan daging ke wajan (wajan goreng = balanga goreng) aduk², tambahkan air aduk lagi agar bumbu tercampur rata, kemudian tutup, biarkan hingga mendidih, masukkan kaldu bubuk, gula pasir dan garam, biarkan mendidih lagi.
- Masukkan irisan gula merah, biarkan larut dlu, baru masukkan kacang tanah yang sudah di tumbuk **))Tips : sebaiknya kacang tanah di tumbuk kasar ya momies, punya sy di blender jadinya agak halus gitu, karena di resep aslinya agak kasar biar pas di gigit masih berasa (kembali ke selera masing²).
